In Black & White
Days of impulse shopping are long gone! When we were younger we wanted to buy anything and everything. Today many of us have realized that shopping is about quality not quantity
It’s more economical in the long run to have two great pieces that you can interchange with everything in your wardrobe versus six pieces that you can only wear once. Purchasing higher quality clothing can certainly put a dent in your wallet especially when we have bills, homes, groceries, kids and pets to take care of. When we see something that’s slightly out of our budget we wait until it goes on sale or we go home and ask ourselves the following questions:
1. Is this a want or a need?
2. Can I really afford it?
3. Do I own something similar?
4. What else can I wear it with that I already own?
5. Is this timeless piece or is it ‘trendy pop?’
Our answers will either determine if it’s a happy dance and purchase day or If we wait for another sale item around the corner with our name on it. And don’t forget whether it’s a purchase today or tomorrow don’t forget to ask yourself: will this outfit add to your body confidence?
Your style should not be defined by your size!
