Body Confidence: Stepping Outside My Comfort Zone
We are all a work in progress. When we can love, live, learn and lead in the skin we are in that’s body confidence. It’s a journey and we’re all on this path together. Those words ring true for me every single day. A few months ago I was asked to participate in Thigh Societies campaign and I almost said no.
Not because I didn’t want to take part, but because I was nervous about what I wasn’t going to wear. If you follow me here or on instagram you’ll notice that I’m pretty conservative. So the idea of being photographed not wearing pants was definitely outside my comfort zone. But after chatting with Marnie the creator of Thigh Society and digging deep I had my answer. No matter how big or small sometimes in life we have to do things that challenge us, whether its raising your hand in class, saying no to a good friend or wearing that form fitting dress. In life in order to make bold moves we have to dig deep and do things that challenge us. I’m proud to be part of this amazing campaign and it feels damn good to take a chance on myself and to have faith in the journey.

*Honestly these anti chaffing shorts are the most comfortable undergarments I have ever worn. Your thighs will thank you, I know mine did. I don’t leave the house without them.
